295-104 ADULT FOSTER CARE PROVIDER This is an independent contractor position.The primary role of the Adult Foster Care (AFC)Provider is to provide a safe, loving home for an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability. The AFC Provider serves as a teacher, mentor and role model. The AFC Provider is paid a monthly stipend (non-taxed)and also receives additional reimbursement for the individual's share of food and household expenses.
199-21 ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE Contract position- up to 16 hours a week. Responsible for providing psychiatric services to patients of LifeSkills in collaboration with a LifeSkills Psychiatrist.
105-18 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIALIST Working in conjunction with and under the clinical supervision of certified or licensed Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family therapist, or Professional Counselor. Behavioral Health Specialist spend extended periods of time with clients participating in therapeutic and mentoring activities developed to enhance their functioning and development with psychotherapy needs more intensive than the typical weekly outpatient timeframe allows.

229-12 CHILD EVALUATION SPECIALIST The District Child Evaluation Specialist, as part of the Point of Entry (POE/LLA) First Steps team, shall work to enhance the quality and appropriateness of First Steps services by utilizing their expertise in early childhood development for screening of children referred to First Steps (ages birth to three); completing the Five Area Assessment for established risk children; identifying the appropriate discipline(s) for the eligibility determination; reviewing of IFSPs and other duties as assigned.

Provides a variety of recovery-oriented services to individuals who have self-identified as desiring peer supports, in order to promote greater independence, community integration and recovery from mental illness and or substance abuse. Services provided by peers (mental health consumers) include a wide range of supports, services, and advocacy that contribute to a clients ability to engage in ongoing treatment. Assist in the development of peer-led programming.
