295-104 ADULT FOSTER CARE PROVIDER This is an independent contractor position.The primary role of the Adult Foster Care (AFC)Provider is to provide a safe, loving home for an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability. The AFC Provider serves as a teacher, mentor and role model. The AFC Provider is paid a monthly stipend (non-taxed)and also receives additional reimbursement for the individual's share of food and household expenses.

371-02 PEER SPECIALIST The Peer Support Specialist must be an individual who lives with a psychiatric diagnosis and/or addiction and has demonstrated at least two years of commitment to his/her own personal recovery. Provides a variety of recovery-oriented services to individuals who have self-identified as desiring peer supports, in order to promote greater independence, community integration and recovery from mental illness and or substance abuse. Services provided by peers (mental health consumers) include a wide range of supports, services, and advocacy that contribute to a clients ability to engage in ongoing treatment. Assist in the development of peer-led programming.
